How to Order Custom Fridge Clings: A Step-by-Step Checklist

04/20/2026

Ordering custom fridge clings for the first time is simpler than most first-time buyers expect, but a little prep before you request a quote makes the whole process faster. Here’s the exact sequence, start to finish.

Step 1: Gather your artwork

If you have a logo file, the best formats are vector — AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — because they scale cleanly to any size and, if you’re ordering a die-cut shape, give our cutter an accurate outline to follow. No vector file? A high-resolution photo or PNG works too; our designers will recreate it print-ready at no charge.

Step 2: Decide on format and finish

Pick a starting point from our six formats — Standard Rectangle, Die-Cut Custom Shape, Photo Fridge Cling, Calendar Fridge Cling, Mini, or Jumbo — and a finish (Glossy, Matte, or Frosted Clear). Not sure? Tell us your use case in the quote form and we’ll recommend one; there’s no cost to compare two finishes side by side in your mockup.

Step 3: Estimate your quantity

Our minimum is 100 units. An exact count isn’t necessary at quote time — an approximate range is enough for us to price your order, and you can firm it up once you’ve seen the mockup.

Step 4: Submit your quote request

Send your brand name, logo file, estimated quantity, and any project details — occasion, deadline, brand colors — through our quote form. We respond within one business day with pricing and next steps.

Step 5: Review your free mockup

We’ll send a photo-real mockup within 24–48 hours showing your actual artwork on the actual product. Check spelling, color accuracy, and sizing carefully — this is the point to request changes.

Step 6: Request revisions if needed

Revisions are free and unlimited until you approve. There’s no charge and no revision limit, so don’t settle for a mockup that isn’t quite right.

Step 7: Approve and pay

Once you sign off on the design, confirm your final quantity, color, and finish, and complete payment. Production begins the same day.

Step 8: Production and delivery

Standard production ships in about two weeks. We’ll provide tracking once your order ships, and can split shipment across multiple addresses if needed.
