Return Policy

All sales are final. Because every Custom Fridge Clings order is custom-printed and, in many cases, custom die-cut to your approved artwork and specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.

Why we don’t accept returns

Your order is produced only after you approve a free mockup — the approval step exists specifically so you sign off on the exact design, size, finish, and color before we produce anything. Because the finished product is made to your specifications and has no resale value to another customer, it cannot be returned or restocked the way an off-the-shelf product could.

Our production guarantee

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your approved mockup, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return — it covers our error or a shipping issue, not a change of mind after approval. Contact us at info@customfridgeclings.com within a reasonable time of receiving your order, with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Before you approve

Review your mockup carefully — check spelling, colors, sizing, and layout — and ask for as many revisions as you need. Revisions are free and unlimited until you approve; production begins only after your sign-off, so this is the point to catch anything you’d want changed.
